Additional Information Prior to Your Flight
- You may need to reschedule a couple of times before you actually fly. Safety is our first priority and if flying conditions are not up to our safety standards we will have to cancel.
- We make every effort to get you flown in the same season you purchase the ride ticket. If we see that there is room on a flight and we have passengers that were cancelled on, we will call to see if your schedule will allow for you to take advantage of the opportunity.
- Our main goal is to get passengers flown. We want to give everyone the experience they paid for and we are happy to give you this amazing opportunity to see the world from a different perspective.
- The duration of the experience can be around 4 hours. You have to take into consideration the balloon set up time, flight time, and packing the balloon away. It will also take some time to get back to our meet up location.
- We have a central location where we meet prior to the flight. Based off of the wind direction, our launch location may vary from flight to flight.
- Prior to your flight, please call the main number and select extension 3 to check the status of your flight.
- If we know that the weather will not be suitable for flying days prior, for instance if rain is forecasted for several days in a week, we will notify passengers way in advance so you may plan accordingly and get you rescheduled as quickly as possible.
